The Meeting takes place at the German Primate
Center (DPZ), Kellnerweg 4, 37077 Göttingen. We invite you to join us in the new and spacious facilities, offering an enjoyable atmosphere for talks and discussion.
The DPZ is located in the North of Göttingen at the so-called North Campus, in the close vicinity of several
Max-Planck-Institutes and facilities of the Georg-August-University of Göttingen.
Guided tour through the facilities
Meeting participants can join an English-speaking tour through the DPZ. After general information about the research institution, you can visit the facilities of the rhesus monkeys and baboons. If the temperatures permit, participants can also visit the facilities for lemurs and long-tailed macaques. The tour is on Wednesday, Feb. 17th, at 11 a.m. Please sign up when registering for the meeting. Later registration is possible by sending an email to email@example.com
Getting to the DPZ
The bus lines 21, 22 and 23 connect the city center and the DPZ and run up to six times per hour. The walking distance from the bus stop "Kellnerweg" to the DPZ is approx. three minutes. The last buses depart at the bus stop "Kellnerweg" at 11.23 p.m.
To arrive at the DPZ by car, take the Robert-Koch-Straße in direction "Universität Nordbereich/Polizei". At the end of the Robert-Koch-Straße turn right onto the Otto-Hahn-Straße in direction "Nikolausberg". The first street on the left is the "Kellnerweg". Follow the signs to the "Deutsches Primatenzentrum". Parking space is available north of the entrance building.
